The respondents\u2019 advocate, Mubarakka Lokhandwala, along with Adv Vijay Jha, successfully argued for the dismissal of the FIR, citing the agreed-upon compensation of \u20b94.5 crore received by their client, Ms. Meena Tiwari.<\/p>\n<p>The case initially involved allegations of cheating, where five individuals were remanded to judicial custody for failing to deliver a flat that Ms. Tiwari had purchased for \u20b91 crore.
