Keyur Shah\u2019s journey from an accountant and tax consultant to a prominent mutual fund distributor is a testament to his dedication and adaptability. An Inter CA with an M.Com and a postgraduate degree in equity and finance markets, Shah started his entrepreneurial venture in 1998, initially offering accounting, tax consultancy, and investments in fixed deposits and bonds. His turning point came in 2002 when NJ Wealth introduced him to the world of mutual funds. A year later, he embarked on a new journey in the investment space, which has since transformed his career.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Today, Shah oversees an impressive \u20b9300 crore in Assets Under Management (AUM) and manages an SIP book valued at \u20b91.5 crore. His client base includes over 1,500 families, many of whom he has nurtured since 2003. \u201cThe first 10 clients who trusted me back then are still with me today,\u201d he proudly shares. His ability to maintain strong, personalised relationships has been the cornerstone of his success, helping him earn the trust and referrals that have fuelled his business growth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Keyur credits much of his efficiency and scalability to NJ Wealth. \u201cThe training and guidance I received from NJ Wealth were instrumental in building my expertise,\u201d Shah explains. The company\u2019s technological support, such as client-friendly valuation reports and seamless transaction tools, has been transformative. “Without NJ Wealth\u2019s robust compliance management system and their proactive team handling KYC, banking, and regulatory tasks, it would be nearly impossible to run my business as smoothly as I do now,” he adds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond his professional success, Shah is shaping the future of his family\u2019s involvement in the business. His daughter, a final-year CA student, has joined him, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the operations. Her hands-on experience with client management and process optimisation complements her academic pursuits, creating a strong foundation for the firm\u2019s next chapter.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Reflecting on his journey, Shah highlights the joy of making a difference. \u201cWhen clients tell me their financial aspirations turned into reality because of my guidance, it\u2019s incredibly fulfilling.
