As the Secretary of the Tagore Society for Rural Development (TSRD), one of eastern India&#8217;s most respected civil society organizations, Mohapatra has dedicated his life to empowering the underserved and overlooked.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:normal\"><span lang=\"en-us\" dir=\"ltr\" xml:lang=\"en-us\">Founded in 1969 by Gandhian leader Sri Jayprakash Narayan and freedom fighter Sri Pannalal Dasgupta, TSRD was built on the philosophies of Rabindranath Tagore. For over five decades, the organization has championed rural development, transforming the lives of countless individuals across West Bengal and Jharkhand.
