From a very young age, he was captivated by the world of computers \u2014 experimenting with the basics of programming in LOGO during school. He quickly graduated to writing code in C and C++, fascinated by how lines of code could create something tangible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

His decision to pursue engineering in Computer Science laid the foundation for a deeper understanding of computer architecture and systems thinking. By the time he graduated, the world was already witnessing the rise of smartphones, social media, and sleek user experiences that transformed how people interacted with technology. From a 2-tier city in India, gazing at beautifully crafted websites like Apple.com sparked a dream \u2014 to build intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences of his own.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This dream took him to the University of Texas at Arlington, where he pursued a master<\/span><\/span>\u2019<\/span><\/span>s in Computer Science. Surrounded by cutting-edge research and global peers, Sairam sharpened his skills and set himself on a path to become a software engineer whose work now impacts millions. To further pursue his passion, he attended a Web Developer Bootcamp at UC Berkeley, where he fine-tuned his frontend expertise and graduated with flying colors.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Today, he not only builds scalable applications, but also gives back to the tech community by actively mentoring students and young professionals \u2014 especially those coming to the U.S. from India. He helps them navigate career paths, refine resumes, and build professional networks. His journey from Tirupati to Silicon Valley is a shining example of how focused ambition and community support can create ripple effects across borders.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sairam<\/span><\/span>\u2019<\/span><\/span>s recent work in the Bitcoin mining industry with Auradine is of national significance. By developing scalable platforms like FluxVision and FluxGPT \u2014 tools that manage vast fleets of miners \u2014 he is contributing directly to securing the blockchain backbone of the United States. Blockchain, with its immutability and decentralized trust, is critical to the future of digital infrastructure. Sairam<\/span><\/span>\u2019<\/span><\/span>s contributions are ensuring America stays competitive and secure in this evolving space \u2014 where data integrity and transparency are essential to national resilience.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Thank you for speaking with us, Sairam. Can you tell us how your journey in tech began?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Sairam: Thanks for having me. It started during my undergrad in Computer Science. I was always curious about how things work behind the scenes \u2014 whether it’s websites, apps, or data pipelines. That curiosity led me to pursue a master\u2019s in computer science, which opened doors to working on high-impact projects in top tech companies. And even now, I\u2019m constantly learning and growing \u2014 and sharing that knowledge by mentoring students and newcomers to the industry.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Q: You<\/strong>\u2019ve worked with some of the biggest names in tech \u2014 Google, Meta, and now Auradine. What stands out most in your journey so far?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Sairam: Each experience taught me something unique. At Google, I worked on internal tools using AngularJS to simplify onboarding and HR workflows \u2014 streamlining tasks for thousands of employees. At Meta, I was part of a security team where I helped build dashboards and GraphQL endpoints that scaled to millions of records. The goal was to help security analysts quickly visualize and act on potential threats \u2014 it was deeply technical and meaningful.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At Auradine, I\u2019m working on FluxVision and FluxGPT, where we\u2019re scaling device management for bitcoin miners and leveraging AI to help users interact with the platform more intuitively. It\u2019s a fusion of systems thinking, UX, and real-world problem solving.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Q: That sounds like a lot of responsibility. What challenges have you faced while building at scale?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Sairam: Performance and usability are often at odds. When you’re dealing with millions of data points \u2014 as we were at Meta or now at Auradine \u2014 you have to think about how to fetch and display that information without overwhelming the user or the system. It requires a deep understanding of frontend architecture, APIs, and caching strategies. Debugging LLM hallucinations or creating responsive layouts for dynamic interfaces is the kind of challenge that keeps me excited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What do you think makes you stand out as a software engineer?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Sairam: I think it\u2019s the ability to understand both the user\u2019s needs and the system\u2019s constraints. Whether I\u2019m building with React, Vue, or Relay, my focus is always on crafting clean, intuitive experiences \u2014 and making sure the tech can scale. I\u2019ve also been fortunate to work in roles where I wasn’t just handed specs \u2014 I participated in UX reviews, collaborated closely with product managers, and sometimes even led the frontend direction.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Q: You mentioned FluxGPT \u2014 that sounds interesting. Can you tell us more about it?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Sairam: Sure. It<\/span>\u2019s an internal AI chatbot we built using OpenAI\u2019s APIs. The goal was to help customers interact with our systems in natural language \u2014 asking things like, <\/span>\u201c<\/span>Why is my miner offline?\u201d or <\/span>\u201c<\/span>How do I configure this setting?\u201d It was a rewarding challenge \u2014 especially tackling LLM limitations like hallucination and refining the training process to give reliable answers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What advice would you give to young developers in Tier-2 cities like Tirupati?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Sairam: Don<\/span>\u2019t let geography limit your ambition. Tech is one of the most meritocratic fields. Focus on learning, contribute to open-source, build side projects, and apply relentlessly. I\u2019ve mentored students from similar backgrounds, and I\u2019ve seen how quickly they can thrive when they have the right support and direction. The world needs more engineers who can think holistically and act with intention.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What<\/strong>\u2019s next for you?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Sairam: Right now, I\u2019m focused on helping Auradine scale to millions of devices and making our tools as intuitive and powerful as possible. Long term, I\u2019m interested in mentoring, contributing to developer communities, and maybe even founding something of my own.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
