Despite this,\u00a0<\/span>my greatest challenge<\/strong><\/span> has been convincing people that\u00a0<\/span>frozen food does not mean unhealthy food<\/strong><\/span>. Many consumers equate frozen products with junk or processed food, when in reality, modern freezing technology ensures that the food retains its original taste, texture, and most importantly,\u00a0<\/span>nutritional content<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Science Behind Frozen Food<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What many don\u2019t realize is that freezing is one of the oldest and most natural methods of food preservation. When done correctly, it involves no chemical additives and slows down enzyme activity, thereby preventing spoilage.
