In Kolpewadi and its surrounding areas, the pursuit of education often takes a backseat to <\/span>immediate<\/span> <\/span>employment <\/span>opportunities. <\/span>After <\/span>completing <\/span>their <\/span>tenth <\/span>standard, <\/span>many <\/span>youths <\/span>in <\/span>the<\/span> <\/span>region<\/span> <\/span>opt<\/span> <\/span>to<\/span> <\/span>work,<\/span> <\/span>often<\/span> <\/span>in<\/span> <\/span>the<\/span> <\/span>bustling<\/span> <\/span>cities<\/span> <\/span>nearby,<\/span> <\/span>to<\/span> <\/span>supplement<\/span> <\/span>their<\/span> <\/span>family’s<\/span> <\/span>income.<\/span> <\/span>Some <\/span>find <\/span>themselves <\/span>in <\/span>the <\/span>thriving <\/span>cooperative <\/span>societies, <\/span>emblematic <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>region’s <\/span>economic <\/span>landscape, <\/span>while <\/span>others <\/span>seek <\/span>employment <\/span>in <\/span>nearby <\/span>factories <\/span>or <\/span>industries.<\/span><\/p>\n

“I’ve been very lucky that my father decided very early on in my life that he wants me to <\/span>become a doctor. Today that dream and ambition is also mine,” Atharva reflects, his voice <\/span>resonating <\/span>with gratitude <\/span>and determination.<\/span><\/p>\n
